My brother, Corky, and I went to Washington, D.C. to attend the Conservative Political Action Conference during the last weekend of January 2002. North may have been my favorite speaker the whole weekend. It's tough
to pick, though, because there were so many people there who I admire
and loved listening to.

Ann Coulter in the lobby on Friday night. She was very friendly and genuine.
I was wearing an NRA button and she said "I love a chick wearing
an NRA button!" I asked her what her new book is about, and she said
"Liberals!" She is my hero - She's fierce and fearless.

After Pat Buchanan finished his radio interview, I went over and asked him for a picture. He was really nice. I told him it was an honor to meet him.
