BELLEVUE,
LOUISIANA. I took these photos in summer 2003 while living in Bossier
City, LA. These were taken just as the sun was beginning to set. This
is the official burial ground for Bellevue, formerly the Bossier Parish
seat. At least two judges, four Bossier Parish Sheriffs, and twenty-one
Confederate soldiers are buried here. Bellevue was first called Freedonia,
then Society Hill.
